Jan is a co-leader of OurLife, Life Community's special needs ministry.  

She also serves on the Women's Life team, coordinating, The Seasoned Circle, a group for women 55 and over.  Jan feels passionate about using her senior years to encourage women of all ages to continue to share Jesus.  

She has been married to her husband Jim for 38 years, and moved to Fort Wayne, 32 years ago from Pittsburgh.  They have 5 adult children and 3 grandchildren and have been members at Life Community Church for 11 years.  Jan stays connected to her advocacy roots by serving in the community as needed.  

In her quiet time Jan enjoys reading, and cooking.  She also loves the great outdoors, camping, kayaking, and fishing.   Being from Pittsburgh, the entire family are Steeler Football and Penguin Hockey fans.
